Abeer joined RTP right after finishing her BA in Business Administration and Accounting from Birzeit University and has filled a variety of finance related roles since then. Throughout her time working for the organization, she has gained vast experience in Finance and Operations and held Country Director role many times in a number of countries besides her duties in finance roles. She has completed numerous courses and training in financial management, planning, budgeting, and project management. Abeer is currently in her final stages of obtaining the Certified Internal Auditor Certificate.
